Monthly subscription and optional success fee
Pricing is set by the platform administrator and announced at invitation. There are no numbers on this page on purpose.
How it is structured
Two parts, both simple
- Monthly subscription
- A flat fee per team, billed through Stripe. It covers every source, every application, every seat on your team, and the API. There is no per seat charge, so you can add your board member, your biostatistician, or your agent without a conversation about licenses.
- Optional success fee
- A percentage of awards recorded in the platform, invoiced through Stripe when an award is recorded. It is optional and it is the only variable component. Teams that prefer a higher flat fee and no success fee can ask for that at invitation.

- AI drafting, review panel, and deliverable generation

- Web app and iOS app
Questions
About pricing
Why no numbers?
Because pricing is set per invitation while we work with early teams, and the administrator can change it. Publishing a number here that differs from your invitation would help nobody.
Is there a free trial?
Invitations come with an evaluation period agreed at invitation. Approved organizations are activated immediately after sign in.
What does the success fee apply to?
Awards you record in the platform from applications the platform tracked. It does not apply to awards you were already managing before you joined, and it does not apply to renewals you record for history.
Do source data costs pass through?
Some sources require your own credentials, for example a SAM.gov system account key. Those are free from the source. Sources with paid data are labelled in Settings with their cost before you enable them.

Sign up is invitation only while we work with early teams. People from approved organizations get immediate access after signing in at app.epiensos.com. Everyone else joins the waitlist and a platform admin releases accounts in order.
